1. Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? What if I only need a small batch for testing?
Regular Orders: To maintain production efficiency, our standard bulk orders typically have an MOQ requirement. The specific quantity depends on the material thickness and process complexity, generally starting from [e.g., 500 pieces / 1 ton] .
Small Batch / Samples: We understand the need for market testing. For first-time collaborations or sample orders, we do support small batch orders (sometimes as low as 1 piece). Please note this may involve additional setup or changeover fees. Please contact our sales team for confirmation.
2. What is the typical lead time after placing an order?
Sample Lead Time: After drawing confirmation, sampling usually takes [e.g., 7-15 working days] (varies based on complexity).
Mass Production Lead Time: After order confirmation and scheduling, the lead time for bulk production is typically [e.g., 30-45 working days] . For standard stock items, we can ship within [e.g., 3-5 working days] .

3. What surface finishing services do you offer?

4. I only have a concept/sketch, not a CAD file. Can you help with the design?
Absolutely. We have an experienced engineering team. You can simply provide a sketch, photo, or basic dimensions. Our engineers can handle the detailed design, create shop drawings, and even suggest the most cost-effective nesting layouts to save material. This is a key step for new clients to save on upfront development costs.
5. Does your quote include shipping? What if the goods are damaged during transit?
Quote Basis: Our initial quotes are typically Ex-Works (EXW) . If you need a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) or door-to-door quote, please provide your shipping address and unloading conditions so we can calculate the freight.
Damage Handling: We use strict protective packaging (wooden crates/bubble wrap) before shipping. If damage (scratches/bending) occurs due to transit, please take photos before signing for the delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics company or arrange a replacement.
6. What is your process for handling quality complaints on bulk orders?
We follow a strict three-step inspection process (Self-check, Mutual-check, Final-check).
Acceptance Standard: Based on the signed-off sample or approved drawings.
Complaint Handling: If you discover a quality issue, please contact us within [e.g., 7 days] of receipt with photos or videos. If the issue is confirmed to be our manufacturing fault, we will bear the responsibility for returns/exchanges or provide a corresponding credit. We will never shirk responsibility onto the customer.
